Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These Terms apply to all purchases made from Fourth Street Creative Inc., doing business as Melanie Grey (“Company”).

By purchasing any digital product, you agree to the following:

1. Digital Products & Delivery
All products are digital and delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive access to your files via email and/or your account page.

2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase is completed.

3. License & Usage
Your purchase grants you a single-user license for personal or business use.

You may:
– Customize and use the templates for your own business and client work

You may not:
– Share, resell, redistribute, or transfer the templates
– Provide access to other agents, team members, or third parties

Each purchase is intended for one user only.

4. Canva & Third-Party Elements
Templates are designed in Canva. While they can be opened with a free account, some elements (fonts, images, or graphics) may require Canva Pro and may need to be replaced before downloading.

5. Intellectual Property
All templates and designs are the intellectual property of Fourth Street Creative Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Modifications & Support
You are responsible for editing and customizing your templates. Due to the nature of these products, ongoing support or customization is not included.

7. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the site and products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
